Everyone starts as a Fan on PickleJar but the musicians in the subway station, on the street corner or on stage we call Artists. Our proprietary Data Analytics Dashboard provides the Artist the tools they need to go from the street to the stage.
Let’s start by setting up your fan account.
- Enter your phone number and we’ll text you a code so we know it’s you
- Choose your fan handle – this is unique to you, like a social media username
- Once we’ve confirmed your handle is available, you’re almost there
- Add your picture and some payment information and you’re ready to throw some notes!
Only artists can receive tips so now let’s create your first artist account and get you out there making some cash!
- Start with your solo artist account, we call it your stage name. This is how fans and bandmates will find you in the app.
- Create multiple solo or group @StageNames so you can manage all of your projects in one place. Add other PickleJar Artists to your StageName or invite them to join a performance with just a few clicks.
- Upload a profile picture and cover photo to your profile.
- Set Percentages (For Bands): When a fan throws some notes (tips) your way, the funds are instantly sent to all the members of the band based on your pre-set sharing percentages.
- Link your scheduling app or use the PickleJar calendar so your fans will never miss a show.
- Post pictures and videos to engage with your fan base. Fans can throw notes your way at any time so keep the content coming to stay in front of the people who want to see you succeed.
